131. The Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay, the Nunavik Regional Board of Health and Social Services and Santé Québec shall ensure that all personal and confidential information obtained by public health directors in the exercise of their functions under Chapters VIII, IX and XI is kept by the public health departments in such manner as to preserve its confidentiality and that the persons having access to the information in the exercise of their functions undertake under oath not to disclose or communicate the information without being duly authorized to do so.
Such confidentiality undertaking shall be periodically renewed.
The Cree Board, the Regional Board and Santé Québec must do likewise in respect of the reports received under section 69.
